Timothy is George's pet dog, and the only non-human member of the Famous Five. He usually sniffs out secret passages and helps the Five a lot. George says that he is the best dog in the world, and the rest of the Famous Five agree with her. George is very fond of him.Tim is fiercely protective of George and the others.Tim adores George and hates being separated from her and scolded by her.She is the centre of his universe.He also loves and obeys the other children. Generally, he doesn't like other dogs. Except one dog, Sally, who appeared in Famous Five number 14, Five Have Plenty Of Fun. Timmy followed her around and obviously adored her, seeming to have a crush on the purebred poodle.
